Well, first of all, a happy new year to you all of course. Hope you are all well and that the new year already started in a good way for you!
Resolutions for the new year, did you already pledged to anything?
For a lot of people, a new year means new resolutions. At the end of the year, we tend to look back. What we see looking back is that there is not much left of the intentions we had at the beginning of the year
We as people, which is of course very admirable trait, we try to aim high. So what is left at the end of the list is a compound of good resolutions which are impossible to complete all in one go.
Never make a list as long as a grocery list. For sure you will not accomplish all on your list. It is better to break it down. For instance, four lists. For every quarter one list.
Keep it real. Stay realistic with your goals. Don’t try to overachieve. Generally it is a good thing, but not with goals. If you don’t reach them you will be left dissapointed.
Reward yourself if you have accomplished a goal. Chose something you really like. For instance a box of Neuhaus chocolate. Or anything else you are fond of. Unless of course, your goal is to lose weight ;-).
Keep a small journal of how you are doing. So you can keep on track with your goals and even tune them. In this way, you will be more likely to reach your goals.
Buy fabulous fashion jewellery and accessories at Yazzy’s. In doing this it will help you with your goal reaching. There is scientific proof that this will help in reaching your goals and resolutions.
This is my small guide to keep you on the right track, at least that was my intention. Hope it will help you, and we will have a check at the end of the year to see of well you went.
