Hello, presumably you bought something from us (many thanks for that!) or if not yet you are intending to. We always want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. However, it might be that an item arrives damaged or not totally to your satisfaction. Our return process is easy, so no worries about that. However, we only accept items that are not worn and are in original packing. Unless there is a manufacturing fault. You can return items within 14 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept earrings for return due to hygienic reasons.
- Please contact us as soon as possible and just send an e-mail to the following address email@example.com Include in this e-mail the following:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for returning, Not necessary but would be nice to know (so we can improve)
2. You will receive an e-mail back, and you can return the items with the address label we will include in the e-mail.
3. Pack merchandise securely. Include all items which you have received. This means with handbags the dust bag and everything included, please.
We suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service for your protection. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments. The cost for returning is for the customer.
When returning, you have two choices:
- You can choose between store credit.
- Or a refund of the amount of the initial purchase.
Returning during the festive season is always extended till the 31st of January of the following year. Please allow two weeks for processing your amount. However, this will often be faster. You can find our contact details over here.
