Returns

We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, it might be that an item arrives damaged or not totally to your satisfaction. We only accept items which are not worn and are in original packing. You have  14 days from receiving the item to decide. But the sooner the better, especially if something is damaged.

Email us first to get a return authorization and a pdf with return address label from us.

  1.  Please contact us as soon as possible to send an e-mail to the following address cs@yazzys.com. Include in this e-mail the following:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Reason of returning (for us to know what to improve)
  2. You will receive an e-mail back and you can return the items with the address label we will include in the e-mail.
  3. Pack merchandise securely. Include all items which you have received. This means with handbags the dustbag and everything included please.
  4. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a tracable postal service. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. This also means that the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
  5. When returning you have 2 choices:
    • You can choose between a store credit
    • Or a refund of the amount of the initial purchase.
  6. Returning during the festive season is always extend till 31st of January of the year following.
  7. Please allow 2 weeks for processing your amount, however this will often be faster.
