Hello, presumably you bought something from us (many thanks for that!) or if not yet you are probably intending to.
We always want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. However, it might be that an item arrives damaged or not totally to your satisfaction. Our return process is easy, so no worries. we only accept items that are not worn and which are preferably in their original packing. You can return items within 14 days of receiving the item. Earrings need to be returned unworn. If they have been used or any item for that matter, there can be a restocking fee. Unless, there is a manufacturing defect.
During the festive season, we extend our return periods to make holiday shopping stress-free! Items purchased between 25th of November and December 23rd can be returned until January 21st of the following year.
- Please contact us as soon as possible and send an e-mail to the following address cs@yazzys.com Include in this e-mail the following:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for returning, Not necessary but it would be nice to know (so we can improve)
2. You will receive an e-mail back, and you can return the items with the address label we will include in the e-mail.
3. Pack merchandise securely. Include all items which you have received. This means with handbags the dust bag and everything included. Clothes need to be unworn and with all official labels attached. We cannot accept clothes and Rainkiss Ponchos without their original packing and labels.
We suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service for your protection. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments. The cost for returning is for the customer.
When returning, you have two choices:
- You can choose between store credit.
- Or a refund of the amount of the initial purchase.
- Or if there is a manufacturing fault we can try to restore this.
Returning during the festive season is always extended till the 31st of January of the following year. Please allow two weeks for processing your amount. However, this will often be faster. You can find our contact details over here.
The costs of returning a product are borne by the customer.
