It can be, that due to regulations and busyness in the webshop, your order will take a little bit longer than usual. We, of course, have to obey the regulations in place. However, we will always update you if there is an important delay in the delivery. At this time you might receive more updates than usual.
Pick Up Points
Please be aware that in a lot of countries the delivery of packages is interrupted for pick up points. Therefore, if you wish to use this service, we cannot guarantee that your preferred delivery method can be used. However, we will update you if this is not the case so you can choose another delivery option.

It is no longer possible to pick-up items. However, ordering as usual and being delivered by parcel is of course still possible.
We experience at the moment difficulties to send parcels to North and South America. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We try to work on the situation and will keep you updated on the situation.
